PROHIBITED ITEMS

PARKING

On-site parking is limited to 400 spaces and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, we highly encourage the use of ride sharing, Uber, and Lyft. Vehicles left overnight on property can only be retrieved during business hours. Our front gate is locked after the venue is closed.

If parking off-site:
Please be respectful of other businesses and the Park Circle neighborhood. Avoid parking along Spruill Avenue or creating unsafe traffic conditions. Do not block bike lanes, driveways, or other vehicles. Firefly is not responsible for towed vehicles. Many neighboring businesses enforce towing policies.

ADA Parking Info:

Accessible parking spaces are available near the front of the facility. Vehicles must display a valid ADA hang tag or state license plate with accessibility notations. Parking in ADA spaces without proper credentials is illegal and strictly enforced. Spaces are limited and first-come, first-served.

Rideshare Pick-Up / Drop-Off:

The designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up area is located at the Spruill Avenue entrance. A pedestrian walkway connects the drop-off area to the venue entry point.

Please note: Most guests exit at the same time. Expect delays, follow traffic staff instructions, and use crosswalks when leaving the venue.


  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.

  • Small clutches or fanny packs no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (do not need to be clear).

  • Medical and diaper bags.

Note: Backpacks with multiple pockets are prohibited.

  • Baby strollers

  • Medical & Diaper bags

  • Blankets, Sheets, Towels

  • Empty, reusable, plastic water bottles and cups. (Glass or metal water bottles and cups are not allowed. Metal hydration flasks are also not allowed.) A free water station is located inside the venue.

  • Sunscreen and bug spray in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less

  • Plastic or cardboard poster holders. No re-entry is permitted, so these will need to stay with you for duration of concert.

  • Crazy Creek Chairs (that do not have any type of metal, wood, or plastic structure). You may also purchase these at the Guest Services merchandise booth located inside the venue.

BOX OFFICE / CREDENTIALS

Firefly Distillery does not have a box office on-site during normal hours. There will be a box office on show day(s)

Box office hours will from from 1:30-8:30PM on Saturday, August 23rd. And From 1:30-8:00PM on Sunday, August 24th.

2PM VIP DOORS OPEN

3PM GA DOORS OPEN

All GA PIT and VIP Patrons will be wristbanded at the main entrance upon ticket scanning.
